Shipping policy

We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48 for all of our postal deliveries.

Tracked 48 is available free of charge for orders over £75.

All orders under £75 can be sent via Tracked 24 for £4.95, £8.50 or £13.75 depending on the total weight of your order. 

Tracked 48 can be selected for £3.95, £7.50 or £11.75 again depending on the total weight. 

The majority of orders will fall within the £3.95/£4.95 price bracket.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days of receiving your order. For Tracked 24 delivery please allow a further 1-2 working days for you to receive your order. For Tracked 48 allow a further 2-4 working days.

If you are not home then Royal Mail will leave a card for you to contact them to re-arrange delivery or collect from your local sorting office. You will also receive email/sms updates from Royal Mail ahead of your delivery so you will know when to expect it.

If you are local to us (DL5 postcode) and your order is for a minimum of £10, at checkout you will have an option to select "local delivery" for £1.99. With this option we will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your order to arrange delivery.

If you wish to collect your order from the DL5 area then this can be selected free of charge at checkout. Full address for collection will be given after your order has been placed. We will contact you to arrange a collection time. Again this will normally be within 48 hours.
